Family things to do in Canggu

Canggu is expanding quickly and just a few years ago it wasn’t even on the radar for ‘typical’ Bali family holidays. It will be interesting and exciting to see how its offerings for family activities expand over the coming years. But whilst you’re here, we have given you a few tips and tricks to give you suggestions or help whilst on your holidays here.

The atmosphere in Canggu is very kid friendly and there is plenty to do for adults as well as being able to keep the kids entertained.

Down the road from Cibo! there is an equestrian centre where you and the kids can go horse riding, rest assured they keep very good care of the horses unlike some other places in the world. Also located on this road is Finns Recreational club (literally a 5-minute walk from our place), there you can buy day or save some money on the weekly passes which are recommended as there is so much to do. They have a sports centre Tennis Centre, Body Temple Spa, Sports Bar, Splash Water Park, Bounce Trampoline Centre, Strike Ten Pin Bowling and Cubby House Kids Club – literally everything you can think of to accommodate the whole family and hopefully tire out the kids for the evenings so the adults can get that much needed relaxation time in the evening…

Cibo! is a very family friendly restaurant environment with a menu to cater for all different ages, including home made gelato to keep you cool in the hotter times of the day. The restaurant is situated next to Canggu Station where you can buy the things you may have forgotten to bring with you (sun cream, soap etc.) and we also can put together a home dining style take away so you can enjoy the food in your own accommodation if you wanted something a little bit different.
